Lease terms, labor rules and licensing vary by state, county and city, and they change. What applied to one shop two years ago may not apply to yours now. Before you sign anything or act on anything you read here, talk to a lawyer licensed where you operate. Your state bar runs a referral service if cost is the obstacle.

Views in a signed piece belong to whoever wrote it, not to BREWSER MEDIA, their employer, or anyone else. We edit for clarity, not to make anyone agree with us.

How this is funded

Out of one person’s pocket. There are no sponsors, no advertising and no affiliate links, so nothing here has been shaped by someone paying for it.

If sponsorship happens later, the rules are already set: named on every page they fund, no sight of a piece before it runs, no influence on what it concludes, and nobody buys coverage.

Corrections

We will get things wrong. Corrections are printed on the piece and dated, never quietly edited or deleted. Email inbox@brewser.app.

What you send us

Submissions go to our hosting provider’s form storage, in a dashboard only the editor can sign into. Never published without your say, never sold or shared. Our host records the IP address of anyone who submits a form for spam filtering, and we cannot switch that off, so we say so rather than implying more privacy than exists.
